Empower Society 21, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit and global movement committed to unlocking the limitless potential of individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other diverse abilities.
Founded by sisters Tiana Williams and the late Tinesha Williams, our work was born from lived experience, unwavering love, and an unshakable belief that every individual is wonderfully made and capable of exceeding expectations.

Empowered Pathways Life Skills Academy (June 2–30) prepares participants for greater independence, confidence, and real-world success, then leads into our World Explorers experience at Morgan’s Wonderland in July, where skills are put into action.
