Empower Society University (ESU) is a private, online support hub created for parents, siblings and caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other abilities.
Inside ESU, families receive clear guidance, practical tools, and consistent support, designed to reduce overwhelm and help them move forward with confidence... From IEP, income stream support, self-care, and much more.
This is not a one-time workshop.
It’s a place families can return to, week after week.

Empower Society 21, Inc. NFP is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other diverse abilities to live confident, independent, and purpose-filled lives.
Founded by sisters Tiana Williams and Tinesha Williams, our work was born from lived experience, deep love, and an unshakable belief that every individual is wonderfully made and capable of exceeding expectations.
Through transformative programs, bold advocacy, and community-centered support, we break barriers and create real opportunities for families — bridging education, life skills, self-advocacy, and financial empowerment.
